External expert and board member of eNACSO Mr. John Carr has recently started blogging about children and young people, the new technologies and staying safe on the internet.

The Internet plays a pivotal role and the blog will therefore look at the way children and young people use the internet and also at the range of digital devices that can connect to it.

The blog is intended for people with an interest in policy and in particular the thinking which underpins policy.

The emphasis will be on safety and security issues. Some of the articles will have a strong law enforcement flavour. Others will appeal more immediately to parents and teachers.
